This 20,500 square
foot luxury Retail Center is located on State Highway 249 and Hicks Road. This
site is also proposed to offer an individual pad site to a future retail client
if needed.
Holderrieth Project—Tomball, Texas
This 25-acre
site will become an industrial center with multiple lots for a variety of
businesses. One of the challenges with this project is that the site is located
4 feet below the new Tropical Flood Allison Plain that will be updated on the
FEMA flood maps. We have begun to fill the site to make the property more
desirable for future business owners.
Medical Complex Project—Tomball,

The Medical Complex Project is composed of four properties in the
heart of the new 249 Bypass in Tomball at Medical Complex Drive. These sites
will contain new luxury retail centers for the new bypass traffic.
